  Description

  This program helps inmates prepare for release and stay on track after leaving prison. It starts about six months before release and can continue for up to three years after. Inmates get case management and use a special online platform to set and follow their personal goals.

  Inmates at SBCC who: • Are in General Population • Are within 6 months of release or parole eligibility • Have a home plan in the Tidewater area • Volunteer to join
