  Description

  This program helps inmates who are in high-security facilities and cannot move to a regular re-entry program. It teaches skills to get ready for life back in the community. The program has different parts called Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, and Process Group.

  • Inmates in high-security facilities • Medium to high risk of returning to prison • Releasing within 12 months
