Probation Officers
Probation Officers supervise probationers, offering intensive and regular support during probation, parole, or post-release. They assess criminogenic and treatment needs, ensuring effective interventions. Using evidence-based practices and strong communication techniques, officers focus on fostering meaningful internal change within each individual.
Qualification
- Counseling experience and or casework with adults including direct delivery of services
- Case management experience
- Experience in report writing
- Ability to work with diverse groups of probationers or population
