Agency Evaluation Committee
In accordance with the Department of Corrections’ strategic plan, an Agency Evaluation Committee has been established “to develop an agency research agenda, review completed studies, form research partnerships with universities and other agencies, and to make recommendations to the Executive Staff for changes in current operations based upon research findings.” In addition, the strategic plan also includes the formation of a web-based newsletter to disseminate findings from evaluation projects.
