eVA is Virginia's business-to-Government web-based eProcurement tool that opens the doors to endless business possibilities. In an effort to make all opportunities available to all vendors, Commonwealth of Virginia agencies will post all Invitation For Bid (IFBs), Request For Proposal (RFPs), Notices of Intent to Award, Notices of Award, Notices of Cancellation, Sole Source, Emergency and RFP evaluation criteria on the eVA web-site. To review Department of Corrections solicitations go to eVA's website. This will allow you to view all information posted by the VADOC and other Commonwealth of Virginia agencies.
All vendors who wish to do business with the Commonwealth of Virginia must register in eVA. Registration information can be obtained by going to eVA's website. If you have any question concerning the eVA registration process contact the Department of General Services, Division of Purchases and Supply (DGS/DPS), (804) 786-3842.
