Directions From Richmond:

Take I-64 W to I-81 S. Continue on I-81 S to Wytheville. In Wytheville take I-77 N to Bluefield, WV. After going through the East River Mountain Tunnel on I-77 N, take Exit 1 to Bluefield (stay in the right lane). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Route 52 N. Travel 2.3 miles on Rt. 52, to the exit ramp for Rt. 460 W toward Bluefield. Travel 5.5 miles on 460 W, until you reach Exit 3 (to Pocahontas/Route 102). Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Travel about 10 miles on Route 102 through Bluefield, VA, to Pocahontas, VA. This is a narrow winding road. When you reach the Pocahontas town limits, make a right turn at the BB&T Bank, at the intersection of Route 102 and Route 644 (West Water Street). You do not have a stop sign at the intersection. Travel approximately two miles on Route 644; you will pass Pocahontas High School. Turn right on Route 747 (Old River Road). Cross the bridge and stay on this road for approximately 0.6 miles and then turn left onto Route 734. Stay on Route 734 for 0.2 miles and take the first paved road on your left. This is the main access road to the institution.
